What to do when you can not log in to the App?

The App doesn’t allow me to log into my account. What should I do?

Make sure your iOS device has internet access (and for example not connected to the TrackMan wifi) when trying to log in.

The TrackMan Baseball App needs internet access to verify your login details. If If this continues to occur, please contact your TrackMan contact person directly, or use the in-App contact button located in the top-right menu.
