How do I gain access?
The TrackMan Administrator for your organization is responsible for setting up users and may delegate user management to one/more people within your organization. See this entry about which user types can setup and manage user access. Contact your Administrator to request system access.
If you have already signed-up in the App or via the Web Portal you can retain the account; contact your Administrator to have them add your account to the organization and you will then receive an invite to join the team. Click the link in the email to accept the invite and your account will be connected with the new organization.
