Zendesk Bug Tracking

Follow the below steps when working with a known system bug.

 

1) Create Zendesk ticket

2) Label subject in the below format

       Device | Mode | Customer / Location | Article title that matches issue from Know Bugs

     Example:

         TM4 | VG | Javier Silva | VG 2 won't start

Known Bugs Section

3) Choose Issue Type that matches the issue. If one does not exist ask a T2 member to create one

4) Click Save

5) Look in the Known Bug article for issue to get the T3 Zendesk ticket number.

6) In the Create new link box under Linket in the Apps container enter the T3 ticket number

7) Click Search

8) In the ticket window click the Link button on the correct ticket

9) Select Relates To
