In order to provide significant insight into your particular support case, it may be necessary to send the TrackMan support team an SQLite + app logs zip file from your iPad. To do so please follow these steps:
1) In the app open the past sessions list
2) Tap on the cloud icon of the session in question
3) Tap the "REPORT ISSUE" button
4) An email will automatically pop up and populate with information. Scroll down to double-check there is a file attached.
5) Confirm zip file is attached
6) Fill in the email address of your TrackMan support team member and/or support default email : email@example.com
7) Tap send button
